Playdate with Ellie

Calla had a playdate today with Ellie and Jennifer at the Arboretum. We had a 75-degree day, in between mostly 50s this week, so it was nice to be outside and enjoy the day together!

A-hah!

Calla is giggling and coo-ing more and more these days! She loves staring at our faces - you can tell she is taking it all in. She's started sticking at her tongue at us, and making little "a-hah" noises when she gets excited. Here are some fun shots of her developing personality!

Full of Love

Calla had a fun Valentine's Day! We got dressed up for a fancy party through Todd's work that evening, so Grandma babysat Miss Calla - what a treat for all of us!

First Road Trip

Calla had her first road trip this past weekend...down I-35 to see Gammie, Papa and the Cornelius family in New Braunfels! She was a trooper in the car and loved meeting her aunts, uncles and cousins. A special treat was meeting her Great Great Aunt Lou and her new second cousin Baby Patrizia!

Calla also had her first of many visits to the Gristmill and Gruene Hall. Chris Knight was playing that night - we didn't stay, but Calla wanted to...she's heard he is one of Grandpa's favorites.

Two Months Old

Calla had her two-month check-up today. The doctor said she is doing fantastic! Calla was having fun until the immunization shots happened. I've never seen her face get this red, but it was over quickly and she was asleep in the car in no time.
